Direct Fulfilment?
Direct Fulfilment is MOGO’s fully managed, end-to-end licensing service. Your team simply submits approved driver orders through a secure portal, and MOGO handles every step that follows, printing, production, quality checking, packing and final delivery direct to the licensee.
By removing the need for in-house printing, stock management, packaging and driver collections, Direct Fulfilment frees up significant officer time and eliminates the routine admin that typically slows licensing teams down.
What is Self Service?
Self Service is our in-house licensing production setup. We install the hardware, print equipment and bespoke software directly into your licensing department, so your team can produce licences on their own terms.
You keep full control of your data, print runs and templates, with a built-in queue that supports hybrid working. A licence approved from home can be queued and printed later by a colleague at the office. Every action is logged, so you've always got a full audit trail of what was produced and when.

During the rollout of the new North Yorkshire Council in 2023, it was considered a priority that taxis should display licence plates with the new Council’s logo on from day one. Without MOGO’s collaboration, we would have faced challenges in producing and distributing approximately 1600 vehicle plates and additional signage in time to meet this deadline.
